Our day programs are suitable for those who:

Inpatient rehabilitation is suitable for individuals who require medical coverage and nursing care, and involves a full time stay at our hospital. As an inpatient, you are provided with a structured environment that helps you to focus on your recovery with regular mealtimes, bedtimes and daily exercise sessions with allied health professionals. This also ensures that you are closely monitored and changes in your condition are addressed immediately.
We provide medical inpatient services to patients who:
- Are unable to cope at home or have no one to care for them after hospitalisation, after a bout of illness, a fall or fracture or those unsteady on their feet
- Are suffering a chronic illness and are in need of acute hospital care
- Are in need of continuing IV antibiotics or wound care such as VAC dressings
- Are not ready for rehabilitation, for example, those who are non-weight bearing or slow to heal
The length of your stay will be dependent on your progress and your specific needs as assessed fortnightly by our rehabilitation physicians and allied health professionals.
